These Terms of Service govern your use of rengaservices.com and the services provided by Renga Services, 5949 Hollister Ave # A, Goleta, CA 93117. By using this website, submitting our quote request form, or hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Renga Services is a property maintenance company serving Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, and surrounding areas in Santa Barbara County. We provide landscaping, home cleaning, handyman work, power washing, and emergency property calls.

2. Requesting service

• Submitting the quote request form is a request, not a booking. Work is scheduled only after we confirm it with you.
• You agree to give accurate contact and property information. We rely on it to reach you and to reach the right address.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and on what we can see. If conditions on site differ materially, we will tell you before doing additional work.
• We may decline any request, at our discretion, including for jobs outside our service area or outside our expertise.

3. Scheduling, cancellation, and access

• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment.
• You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time, including gates, keys, codes, and control of pets.
• Weather, equipment failure, and emergencies may require us to reschedule. We will contact you as early as we can.

4. Payment

• Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Sales tax is applied to materials where required by California law.
• We may pause work on an account with a past-due balance.

5. Text messaging terms

• How you opt in. Text messages are sent only to people who checked the optional SMS consent box on our quote request form at rengaservices.com. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.
• Who sends them. Messages are sent by Jesse Lynn, the registered sender of record for Renga Services. Every message identifies Renga Services.
• What you will receive. Transactional messages about your own request: appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• How often. Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per inquiry.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Renga Services does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call (858) 775-5117, or email jesselynn231@gmail.com.
• Age. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can hire Renga Services without agreeing to receive text messages; we will contact you by phone or email instead.
• Privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Changed numbers. Tell us if your mobile number changes so we do not text a number that no longer belongs to you.

6. Acceptable use of this website

• Do not submit false information, another person's contact details without their permission, or automated or bulk submissions.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe, or gain unauthorized access to this website or its underlying systems.
• Content on this site, including text, images, and our name and logo, belongs to Renga Services and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Warranty and liability

• We perform our work in a professional manner and stand behind it. If something is not right, tell us within 7 days of the service and we will make it right where the issue is within our control.
• Except as stated above, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the fullest extent allowed by California law, our total liability arising out of any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
• We are not liable for pre-existing property conditions, hidden defects, or damage that was not caused by our work.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version, and continued use of this website means you accept the current terms.
