• SMS consent record. Whether you checked the optional SMS consent box, and the date and time you did so.
• Service records. Appointment dates, job notes, photos of work performed, invoices, and payment status for work we do for you.
• Automatically collected technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed on rengaservices.com.

We do not buy, rent, or use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists, and we do not collect information about you from data brokers.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and answer your questions.
• To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, and to follow up on work in progress.
• To send you invoices and process payment for services you requested.
• To keep records required for running our business, including tax and accounting records.
• To maintain and improve rengaservices.com.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal information.

3. SMS / text messaging

• Text messages are sent only to people who checked the optional SMS consent box on our own quote request form at rengaservices.com. Consent is never assumed and is never purchased.
• The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. If you leave it unchecked, we will contact you by phone or email instead.
• Messages are sent by Jesse Lynn, the registered sender of record for Renga Services, and every message identifies Renga Services.
• Messages are transactional: appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about your own request.
• Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 6 messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

• Customer records are stored in access-controlled systems. Only Renga Services personnel who need the information to do their job can reach it, and access is protected by individual accounts and passwords.

7. Data retention

We keep quote requests and customer service records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as required to prove compliance with messaging regulations.

• Unsubscribe from texts. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
